Bill Loeser has extensive, international experience with the US Defense Department and America's allies worldwide, and has worked with government agencies and the private sector, to help mitigate risk and protect both people and monetary investments. Bill is an expert in the fields of Safety and Risk Management, with past and current contracts in dozens of countries around the world.

Worth Hall, EHS and Security Manager
Worth Hall serves as our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager and has more than 25 years of DoD Occupational Safety & Health experience including three years with GD-OTS as Safety Engineer. His experience includes working as a DCMA Contract Safety Manager where he performed contractor surveillance for ammunition and explosive contract requirements.
Prior to that, Worth was a Safety Manager at Kings Bay Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Georgia where he supervised other safety managers and responsible for OSHA and Navy safety compliance for industrial and explosive safety. He also served as the Fire Prevention Officer at Ft. Bragg in North Carolina where he established and maintained fire prevention programs base-wide. In addition, he served as a Safety Consultant at the Pensacola Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Florida where he was responsible for training and obtaining safety certifications for contractor personnel. |

Norman W. Murphy, Ph.D., Safety & Loss Prevention
Dr. Norman Murphy has extensive experience in safety engineering and loss prevention, as well as personnel administration, including experience with chemicals, explosives, aerospace, and bio-medical industries. His experience with municipalities, hospitals, manufacturers, NASA, and the insurance industry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to bear for our clients. Certifications include:

· Former OSHA Special Government Employee, SGE
· OSHA Star Assessor, North Carolina State
His education includes a

We have attained DOD level III certifications and are members of the Acquisition Corp for contract administration, quality assurance, and safety risk management.
We have the expertise to consult in each aspect of the acquisition cycle from solicitation proposal development to contract closeout. |
